During the holiday, I went to Tsim Sha Tsui for a walk. When I reached the 攰攰 shopping mall, I saw a restaurant that served Japanese skewers and special rolls. It was quite attractive, so I boldly went in to give it a try. The restaurant is not very large, but the environment is okay. I was arranged to sit in a booth that day and it was quite comfortable.
✨ mixed sashimi salad
The salad bowl is very rich in ingredients, including horn-cut tuna, horn-cut salmon, horn-cut swordfish, salmon roe, crab roe, cherry tomatoes and lettuce, etc. Paired with a slightly spicy sauce, it is quite appetizing.
✨ super tornado
The rolls are made with ingredients such as eel, sea cucumbers, cheese, cucumbers and crispy chips. Each one is very big and old. The sea cucumbers are fried to be crispy enough. The ingredients are rich and varied. Every bite is full of layers. The saltiness of the cheese combined with the sweet sauce is very delicious.
✨ sakura shrimp whole eggplant stew
A large amount of cherry blossom shrimp was spread all over the eggplant. When it was served, the aroma of the cherry blossom shrimp filled the air. The eggplant was not cooked too dry and could still retain its sweet moisture. Coupled with the rich and salty flavor, it was very delicious to eat.
✨ black pork neck skewers
The meat from the black pig's neck is tender and juicy, and is cooked to 啱啱 be completely dry.
✨ kagoshima black pork and lychee roll skewers
The outer layer of Kagoshima black pork meat is rich in flavor and Juicy. The lychee inside still retains its moisture, being sweet and juicy. It pairs well with the black pork meat and is not greasy at all
The skewers, rolls, salad and eggplant were all delicious. It's definitely worth my second visit.
